submit-entry To take the Planning Institute of Australia’s Planning Matters campaign to the next level, PIA has announced the Planit Ideas Competition, a bid to crowdsource creative ideas for the positive promotion of planning. At the heart of the Planit competition is a $10,000 prize available to one person or team that comes up with an innovative approach to explaining the importance of planning. The competition parameters are deliberately flexible as we’re looking for ‘out-of-the-box’ ideas that will excite and engage non-planners in sharing the Planning Matters message. The winning entry could be a poster; a video or even a fully-fledged website. The competition is now open for entries at www.planningmatters.com.au The competition closes on Friday 19 September, when a panel of judges from around the country will consider the ideas ahead of announcing a winner on World Town Planning Day 2014. Get thinking, get your ideas in, and encourage your friends, colleagues and families to get involved. Help PIA tell the planet that Planning Matters.
